Who is BrokerHub Asia for?
Professional intermediaries who arrange bridging loans. It is not a service for borrowers, and it is not a lender.
Is BrokerHub a lender?
No. BrokerHub Asia is a workspace for brokers. It does not provide credit.
Do I need to be authorised or registered to use it?
Brokers are responsible for holding any permissions or registrations required for the activities they carry out. During sign-up we ask about your status so we can set your account up correctly.
Can my team use one account?
Yes. Add colleagues to your brokerage account, each with their own sign-in and permissions.
Is my clients' data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and activity is logged. See our privacy policy for details on how personal data is handled.
Does it work for regulated and unregulated bridging?
The platform is designed to support the details needed for different types of bridging case. You remain responsible for the regulatory treatment of each case.
